About the class
HeartCode® BLS is the American Heart Association’s (AHA) blended learning option for Basic Life Support (BLS) training. This hybrid course combines the flexibility of online eLearning with the essential in-person, hands-on skills practice and testing needed for certification.
In the online portion, students progress through interactive modules at their own pace, learning critical BLS concepts, techniques, and algorithms. The in-person session allows participants to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios, receive instructor feedback, and demonstrate competency in lifesaving skills.
