About the class

The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is an instructor-led training designed for healthcare professionals and first responders. This comprehensive class teaches both single-rescuer and team-based life support skills for use in prehospital and in-facility settings.

 

With a strong emphasis on High-Quality CPR, effective team dynamics, and critical thinking during emergencies, this course ensures participants are prepared to respond confidently in life-threatening situations.

What You’ll Learn

• High-Quality CPR for adults, children, and infants

• Use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

• Effective ventilations using a barrier device

• Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking)

• Importance of early CPR and defibrillation
